Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These Terms of Service form a contract between geteventriX UAB (“geteventriX”) and the organization or individual using the platform (“you”). By creating an account or purchasing a ticket through the platform you accept these terms. If you use geteventriX on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

geteventriX provides event management and ticketing software on a subscription basis: event pages, ticket sales, payment settlement via supported gateways, attendee management, check-in tooling, marketing features, and analytics, as described for each plan on the pricing page. Feature availability depends on your subscription tier.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance at the published price (Launch $100, Starter $200, Professional $500, Scale $1,000 per month, exclusive of applicable taxes; Enterprise is priced per individually negotiated contract). There is no free tier.
• Access begins with a paid two-week trial ($50), charged at signup. Trials include full plan features capped at 3 published events, and convert automatically to the selected plan at day 14 unless cancelled beforehand; the $50 trial fee is credited in full against the first monthly invoice at conversion.
• Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time; the service remains available until the end of the paid period. All fees, including the trial fee, are non-refundable except where required by mandatory law or under the SLA credits below.

4. Ticket sales, payments and payouts

Ticket revenue is settled through your connected payment gateway (Nexpay, Stripe, or PayPal) under that provider's terms. geteventriX platform fees per transaction are shown transparently at checkout and on invoices. The organizer is the merchant of record for their events and is responsible for the event taking place as advertised, for its refund policy, and for applicable taxes on ticket sales. geteventriX provides refund tooling but does not itself owe attendees refunds for organizer events.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful events or content, no misleading ticket listings, and no resale of tickets in breach of local law.
• No abuse of the platform: scraping attendee data across tenants, sending spam through campaign tools, circumventing rate limits, or probing security controls without authorization.
• Attendee data collected through your events may be used only in connection with those events and in compliance with data protection law.

We may suspend accounts that materially breach these rules, with notice where practicable.

6. Service levels

We target 99.9% monthly uptime on paid plans, measured at the platform API and excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 72 hours ahead. If uptime falls below target, we issue service credits of 5% of the monthly fee per full 0.1% shortfall, capped at 50%, upon request within 30 days. Live status is published at /status.

7. Data

You retain all rights to your data. We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and, for organizer accounts, under the Data Processing Agreement. Upon termination you may export your data for 60 days, after which it is deleted from production systems and from backups on their rotation schedule.

8. Intellectual property

geteventriX retains all rights in the platform and its software. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription. You grant us a limited license to host and display the content you upload (event descriptions, images, branding) solely to provide the service.

9. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. geteventriX's aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, except for liability that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email and in-app; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material price changes never apply mid-billing-cycle. Either party may terminate for material breach uncured within 14 days of written notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
