Setting up Nexpay

  1. 1Request API credentials from your Nexpay account manager.
  2. 2Add NEXPAY_KEY, NEXPAY_MESSAGE_SECRET and NEXPAY_OUTGOING_SECRET in Settings โ†’ Payments.
  3. 3Register the webhook endpoint shown in the dashboard with Nexpay.
  4. 4Run a test payment โ€” the order should move pending โ†’ paid via webhook.

Running check-in

  1. 1Open Check-in on any staff phone, tablet, or laptop.
  2. 2Scan attendee QR codes or type the code manually.
  3. 3Duplicates are flagged instantly with the original entry time.

Billing & plan changes
